After some careless play in the Baratillo defense, Veto Riero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Xove Tenorio. The Baratillo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Xove Tenorio should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dennis Mayoral got free with Xove Tenorio in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match clock showed 19 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Rogelio Garijo sped through Platanales's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Valery Aledo. Rogelio Garijo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valery Aledo having to interfere. 26 minutes into the match, Baratillo's goal looked a bit too open when Veto Riero came free, but Xove Tenorio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute, Veto Riero reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Xove Tenorio. The goal made the score 3-1. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Parrales Urrue stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Baratillo's Parrales Urrue got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Platanales getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Escobar Garaizar hit a great ball. In the 55th minute Baratillo were awarded a corner. Ugaitz Arenas went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Cotera Casadevante managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. After a defensive mix-up in Baratillo's zone, Dennis Mayoral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xove Tenorio came out of the goal and Dennis Mayoral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 70 minutes into the game, Parrales Urrue was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Baratillo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Platanales the free kick. In the 70th match minute, Baratillo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Parrales Urrue to maneuver through the defense. Baratillo's Xove Tenorio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roldan Matos in the 73rd minute of play. In the 75th minute Ledesma Pizarro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valery Aledo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Platanales booed when Baratillo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Krikorian Rado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Xove Tenorio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dennis Mayoral in the 95th minute of the match. Platanales's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
