Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Lopez Cerredelo kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute, C.S.EMELEC's Lopez Cerredelo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. When Veremundo Sustaeta came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the C.S.EMELEC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Veremundo Sustaeta couldn't finish the play. Lopez Cerredelo was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 9th minute. C.S.EMELEC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Neicer Bargues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lopez Cerredelo in the 11th minute of play. Veremundo Sustaeta kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Lopez Cerredelo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Xavier Momparte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th minute Xavier Momparte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Velasco Estivariz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Neicer Bargues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lopez Cerredelo in the 33rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xavier Momparte in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Velasco Estivariz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 37 minutes into the match, Barbasco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lopez Cerredelo came free, but Neicer Bargues reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, C.S.EMELEC's goal looked a bit too open when Xavier Momparte came free, but Velasco Estivariz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to C.S.EMELEC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Nestor Lecubarri hit a great ball. Graziani Alicea kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Velasco Estivariz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duarte Villaquiran in the 44th minute of play. Veremundo Sustaeta might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Neicer Bargues. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Veremundo Sustaeta ran back to his position shaking his head. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Duarte Villaquiran was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, C.S.EMELEC's Veremundo Sustaeta sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Neicer Bargues narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 61 minutes, Jácome Raigal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Barbasco FC and the C.S.EMELEC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 61st minute, Jácome Raigal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Neicer Bargues showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lopez Cerredelo in the 64th minute of the match. 67 minutes into the match, Lopez Cerredelo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Neicer Bargues. Barbasco FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lopez Cerredelo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Xavier Momparte's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Velasco Estivariz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. Duarte Villaquiran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Velasco Estivariz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 76 minutes into the match, Barbasco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nestor Lecubarri came free, but Neicer Bargues reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lopez Cerredelo in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Neicer Bargues saved Barbasco FC from getting behind. Lopez Cerredelo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Neicer Bargues having to interfere. Neicer Bargues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lopez Cerredelo in the 83rd minute of play. Veremundo Sustaeta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Neicer Bargues having to interfere. Neicer Bargues showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lopez Cerredelo in the 91st minute of the match. In the 97th minute, Veremundo Sustaeta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Neicer Bargues was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. There was no doubt that C.S.EMELEC were the better team. C.S.EMELEC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
