Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Valerio Manglano started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. A collision led to Dep. Kito getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Xzaver Lelerre hit a great ball. In the 4th minute, Alejandro Castrillo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Parrales Riofrio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alejandro Castrillo in the 6th minute of play. When Federico Angosto fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dep. Kito's protests and gave Federico Angosto a yellow card for diving instead. Alejandro Castrillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Parrales Riofrio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alejandro Castrillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Parrales Riofrio having to interfere. In the 18th minute, León Adan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Alfonso Notes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dep. Kito's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfonso Notes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pepito Villaluenga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arnoldo Marin during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Dep. Kito getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Arnoldo Marin hit a great ball. Xinaro Villena, 29 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Parrales Riofrio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejandro Castrillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 36th play minutes Alejandro Castrillo shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Parrales Riofrio and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 44th minute, Alfonso Notes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 48 minutes, Méndez Toldra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UD Suquinda's supporters crossed their fingers, but Méndez Toldra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alejandro Castrillo was the one to do the kick off. Alexandro Remon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Méndez Toldra managed to get in a good position for a shot. UD Suquinda's supporters rose to their feet, but Méndez Toldra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Parrales Riofrio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 60th minute, Méndez Toldra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valerio Manglano in the 64th minute of play forced UD Suquinda's goalkeeper Pepito Villaluenga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alfonso Notes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Valerio Manglano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, UD Suquinda's Alexandro Remon got a free kick in the 71st minute. When Valerio Manglano came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Dep. Kito fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valerio Manglano couldn't finish the play. Pepito Villaluenga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valerio Manglano, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. León Adan hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. 79 minutes into the match, Valerio Manglano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pepito Villaluenga. UD Suquinda's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Valerio Manglano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After a rather tough play, UD Suquinda's León Adan got a free kick in the 85th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Dep. Kito's zone, Méndez Toldra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Parrales Riofrio came out of the goal and Méndez Toldra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of UD Suquinda booed when Dep. Kito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnoldo Marin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Despite being the better team, UD Suquinda failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
