The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Sergio Muñoyerro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Peter Albear tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jaime Domingo succeeded in the game's 19th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. Veremundo Caseda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jose Serantes having to interfere. 27 minutes into the game, Sergio Muñoyerro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dudas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ScorpionS the free kick. A collision led to Dudas FC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Sergio Muñoyerro hit a great ball. Desiderio Caneda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Peter Albear tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Santiago Sampedro kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. 36 minutes into the match, Jaime Domingo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jose Serantes, 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Veremundo Caseda stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mina Casado got free with Peter Albear in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mina Casado's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Peter Albear firmly grabbed it by the left post. Desiderio Caneda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee felt a red card was in order, 86 minutes into the game, when Bone Aristegui put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in ScorpionS fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 85th minute. Penalty! Peter Albear made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Mina Casado sent off a good shot on target. In the 95th minute Desiderio Caneda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter Albear saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
