Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Silvio Argudin started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 4 minutes into the match, Palopamba SC's goal looked a bit too open when Cordero Aldasoro came free, but Juan-Carlos Voces reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Palopamba SC booed when UD Juripilaca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Salvado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Patricio Usabiaga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Calisto Casaña tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 9 minutes into the match, UD Juripilaca's goal looked a bit too open when Silvio Argudin came free, but Calisto Casaña reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, UD Juripilaca's Alberto Isasi got a free kick in the 9th minute. 12 minutes into the match, Jaime Salvado notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Palopamba SC's Juan-Carlos Voces. Juan-Carlos Voces was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 1-1 became the score in the 19th minute when Patricio Usabiaga elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Cordero Aldasoro struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Juan-Carlos Voces didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UD Juripilaca. Juan-Carlos Voces showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Salvado in the 25th minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, UD Juripilaca's Jaime Salvado sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Juan-Carlos Voces narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Patricio Usabiaga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Silvio Argudin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palopamba SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvio Argudin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Calisto Casaña breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jaime Salvado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan-Carlos Voces having to interfere. Juan-Carlos Voces showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cordero Aldasoro, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Zambrano Chinchilla hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Cordero Aldasoro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan-Carlos Voces having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Cordero Aldasoro made the kick off in the second half. UD Juripilaca were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after Palopamba SC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dario Segurola took the corner. UD Juripilaca's Dario Segurola was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Juan-Carlos Voces in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Juan-Carlos Voces made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Jaime Salvado sent off a good shot on target. Juan-Carlos Voces showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cordero Aldasoro in the 65th minute of the match. Loco Huergo kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Cordero Aldasoro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alberto Isasi struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Juan-Carlos Voces didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UD Juripilaca. After a rather tough play, Palopamba SC's Zorion Bustinaga got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Jaime Salvado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan-Carlos Voces having to interfere. Palopamba SC's Juan-Carlos Voces proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Palopamba SC from getting a goal against them. Cordero Aldasoro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Jaime Salvado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silvio Argudin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Calisto Casaña having to interfere. After 85 minutes, Zorion Bustinaga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Palopamba SC and the UD Juripilaca players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 87th minute, Cordero Aldasoro fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. With a little luck, Palopamba SC's Juan-Carlos Voces got control of the ball when Jaime Salvado tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Jaime Salvado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jaime Salvado who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 93rdth minute tested the skills of Juan-Carlos Voces when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
