Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Bustos Yribarren started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute, Mane Sarricolea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Teligo FC's Arnoldo Binet tried to score from far away in the 4th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 8th minute, Armando Ponte left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Teligo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Benjamin Sasiain showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bustos Yribarren in the 16th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Bustos Yribarren took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Benjamin Sasiain to make any attempt to save it. Teligo FC's Benjamin Sasiain played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bustos Yribarren in the 26th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Teligo FC's Torres Cores got a free kick in the 28th minute. Espiga Chapado came free with the goalkeeper in the 32nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Benjamin Sasiain could save by the left post. Julio Cuervo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paúl Polla having to make a save. When Oscar Naveira fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Teligo FC's protests and gave Oscar Naveira a yellow card for diving instead. Oscar Naveira kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Bustos Yribarren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjamin Sasiain having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Teligo FC's zone, Espiga Chapado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benjamin Sasiain came out of the goal and Espiga Chapado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benjamin Sasiain didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Espiga Chapado went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Julio Cuervo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Espiga Chapado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benjamin Sasiain took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bustos Yribarren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Canaribamba's Mane Sarricolea got a free kick in the 61st minute. Teligo FC's Julio Cuervo got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Julio Cuervo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Paúl Polla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 79 minutes, Bustos Yribarren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Canaribamba's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bustos Yribarren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Espiga Chapado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th match minute, Teligo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torres Cores to maneuver through the defense. Paúl Polla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julio Cuervo in the 90th minute of play. Espiga Chapado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 94 played minutes Teligo FC got a freekick which was hit by Arnoldo Binet. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
