After 8 played minutes jonyfc got a freekick which was hit by Villagra Lazaro. When Cruz Chirinos came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Romeros fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cruz Chirinos couldn't finish the play. A beautiful save bye jonyfc's goalie prevented a goal. 1-0 became the score in the 30th minute when Luis Lupidana elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. jonyfc's Xacobo Rosales played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gutierrez Carasa in the 33rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in jonyfc's zone, Gutierrez Carasa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xacobo Rosales came out of the goal and Gutierrez Carasa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Villagra Lazaro hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. In the 46th minute, Gutierrez Carasa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lisandro Dragranda kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. In the 49th minute Gutierrez Carasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xacobo Rosales saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gutierrez Carasa made a kick off. If Luis Lupidana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vedillo Liaño took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iza Serbia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Iza Serbia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vedillo Liaño stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iza Serbia's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Veto Cobreros during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of jonyfc booed when Romeros was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Veto Cobreros didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Romeros getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Veto Cobreros hit a great ball. Romeros's Gutierrez Carasa got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 90th minute of the match, Cruz Chirinos got a very nice opportunity to score, but Xacobo Rosales was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post.
