Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) When Pepito Telena fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chaya SC's protests and gave Pepito Telena a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Apuela FC booed when Chaya SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pepito Telena didn't get a good kick on the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Apuela FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zayvion Conde came free, but Ursino Verdaguer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Apuela FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Fernández Hualde hit a great ball. Ennio Cellucci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zaquiel Aristeguieta having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Apuela FC's Ennio Cellucci got a free kick in the 18th minute. 20 minutes into the match, Apuela FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zayvion Conde came free, but Ursino Verdaguer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Zayvion Conde had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ursino Verdaguer. Apuela FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zayvion Conde was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 26 minutes into the match, Apuela FC's goalkeeper Ursino Verdaguer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Camacho Lasaca. After a rather tough play, Chaya SC's Vedillo Espino got a free kick in the 28th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Apuela FC's Virila Mota tried to score from far away in the 29th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 35 minutes into the game, Apuela FC's Ennio Cellucci nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zaquiel Aristeguieta made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After 40 played minutes Apuela FC got a freekick which was hit by Esteban Arcas. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ennio Cellucci to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xabat Cardillo got free with Zaquiel Aristeguieta in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 62nd minute, Fernández Hualde hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 66th minute of the match Zoilo Perea shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ursino Verdaguer showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Apuela FC were furious when Esteban Arcas was red carded, 73 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 72 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Apuela FC! Zoilo Perea shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Ursino Verdaguer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zayvion Conde, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Apuela FC's Ursino Verdaguer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camacho Lasaca in the 80th minute of play. Camacho Lasaca struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Ursino Verdaguer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chaya SC. Pepito Telena took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 89th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ursino Verdaguer. Apuela FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 98th minute Camacho Lasaca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ursino Verdaguer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chaya SC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
