Mocha SC's Xofre Roales played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauricio Val in the 4th minute of play. Vladimiro Sala made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xicu Dolarea in the 6th minute of play. Gian-Carlo Sabuco kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. In the 9th minute, Franco Meneses fired a really elegant long shot, but Vladimiro Sala threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. Juan-Angel Jove could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Vladimiro Sala made a huge save. Bohio SC's Vladimiro Sala played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xicu Dolarea in the 12th minute of play. In the 15th minute Joaquin Arenillas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xofre Roales saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Joaquin Arenillas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mauricio Val fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xofre Roales having to interfere. When Veronica Mostache fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mocha SC's protests and gave Veronica Mostache a yellow card for diving instead. After 30 played minutes Mocha SC got a freekick which was hit by Veronica Mostache. If Joaquin Arenillas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 33 minutes, Mauricio Val managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bohio SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mauricio Val was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Joaquin Arenillas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Xofre Roales having to make a save. If Mauricio Val had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mauricio Val sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Xicu Dolarea stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Mocha SC got a freekick which was hit by Viator Raposo. 52 minutes into the match, Bohio SC's Joaquin Arenillas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Xofre Roales narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Joaquin Arenillas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Mocha SC's zone, Mauricio Val stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xofre Roales came out of the goal and Mauricio Val tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Mocha SC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Veronica Mostache hit a great ball. Joaquin Arenillas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mauricio Val sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Mauricio Val had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bohio SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joaquin Arenillas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Veronica Mostache was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 76 minutes had been played. The supporters of Bohio SC booed when Mocha SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Veronica Mostache didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 79th match minute, Mocha SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xicu Dolarea to maneuver through the defense. Joaquin Arenillas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Juan-Angel Jove came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Mocha SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juan-Angel Jove couldn't finish the play. After 90 minutes of play, Mocha SC's Xicu Dolarea made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vladimiro Sala was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mauricio Val struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Xofre Roales didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bohio SC. In the 97th minute, Mocha SC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Joaquin Arenillas fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The Mocha SC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
