Tercero Pego charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tercero Pego the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to CD Pachusala getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Tercero Pego hit a great ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ignacio Valtierra made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Machado Tobalina during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 59th minute of the match Chuque FC got a corner. CD Pachusala's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ismael Salsoro ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Ismael Salsoro almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but CD Pachusala's Urtsin Murga did a great save. CD Pachusala's Urtsin Murga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save CD Pachusala from getting a goal against them. In the 83rd minute, Chuque FC's Marco Tolentin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Urtsin Murga. Urtsin Murga yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Urtsin Murga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Tolentin in the 89th minute of the match. Chuque FC's Estevez Cerezal got his second yellow card of the match in the 90th minute. The referee ordered Estevez Cerezal off the ground. The supporters of CD Pachusala booed when Chuque FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Estevez Cerezal didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see CD Pachusala lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
