Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Teofilio Fandiño got the match started through his kick off. Teofilio Fandiño fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martinez Sarceada having to interfere. Francisco Aubert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martinez Sarceada having to interfere. Independiente del Valle's Teofilio Fandiño got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Teofilio Fandiño struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Martinez Sarceada didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Independiente del Valle. Jorge Toca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Teligo's Martinez Sarceada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Aubert in the 13th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Teligo's goal looked a bit too open when Teofilio Fandiño came free, but Martinez Sarceada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Teofilio Fandiño kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Martinez Sarceada. That made the score 1-0 in the 17 minute of play. After 26 played minutes Teligo got a freekick which was hit by Rodríguez Ezguerra. When Jorge Toca fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Independiente del Valle's protests and gave Jorge Toca a yellow card for diving instead. Jorge Toca struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Martinez Sarceada didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Independiente del Valle. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Francisco Aubert managed to get in a good position for a shot. Independiente del Valle's supporters rose to their feet, but Francisco Aubert was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Martinez Sarceada breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Martinez Sarceada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teofilio Fandiño, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After 40 played minutes Independiente del Valle got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Toca. After 42 played minutes Teligo got a freekick which was hit by Ordonez Cereijais. The Independiente del Valle fans' excitement grew in the 44th match minute when Independiente del Valle's Teofilio Fandiño looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teofilio Fandiño in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Martinez Sarceada saved Teligo from getting behind. 55 minutes into the game, Teofilio Fandiño cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Martinez Sarceada was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Martinez Sarceada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teofilio Fandiño, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 63 minutes into the game, Independiente del Valle's Teofilio Fandiño nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Martinez Sarceada made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. After having played for 71 minutes, Gustavo Oria managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Teligo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gustavo Oria was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 72 played minutes Independiente del Valle got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Toca. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Francisco Aubert managed to get in a good position for a shot. Independiente del Valle's supporters rose to their feet, but Francisco Aubert was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Martinez Sarceada breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Teligo booed when Independiente del Valle was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xavier Baro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87th minute, Wilfredo Entrena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 93rd minute, Gustavo Oria reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Joaquin Laranga. The goal made the score 4-1. After some careless play in the Teligo defense, Francisco Aubert kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Martinez Sarceada. The Teligo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Martinez Sarceada should have stopped the shot.
