Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Cuchucun's Rocio Periceira started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Yoel Abella hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Cuchucun's Carlos Algarte got a free kick in the 8th minute. Guillermo Caunedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geovanny Zalaca having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guillermo Caunedo got free with Geovanny Zalaca in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Collas's Geovanny Zalaca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rocio Periceira in the 18th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Garrido Rufrancos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cuchucun's supporters rose to their feet, but Garrido Rufrancos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Geovanny Zalaca breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Geovanny Zalaca stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rocio Periceira's shot from short distance in the 49th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lucas Masseda was the one to do the kick off.
