If Miguel Corro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anangonó Cea's late challenge caught a Nag SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anangonó Cea helped the player get up and apologised. Anangonó Cea kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. UD Eugenia's Vincente Carrillos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vinicio Zubeldia in the 9th minute of play. If Yago Bernaldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yago Bernaldo in the 13th minute of play forced UD Eugenia's goalkeeper Vincente Carrillos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Salvador Villaño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vincente Carrillos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yago Bernaldo in the 19th minute of the match. If Vinicio Zubeldia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anangonó Cea got his second yellow card in the match during the 22nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to UD Eugenia getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Anangonó Cea hit a great ball. After 30 minutes of play, Nag SC's Yago Bernaldo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vincente Carrillos was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vinicio Zubeldia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Vincente Carrillos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 44 minutes, Salvador Villaño mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nag SC and the UD Eugenia players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 44 played minutes Nag SC got a freekick which was hit by Salvador Villaño. Noriega Viladrosa took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 46th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Vincente Carrillos. UD Eugenia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Yépez Machuca fell near the penalty area in the 49th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored UD Eugenia's protests and gave Yépez Machuca a yellow card for diving instead. After 48 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for UD Eugenia! Castillo Lena shot the penalty kick right outside the post.

After having played for 58 minutes, Espínola Aldasoro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UD Eugenia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Espínola Aldasoro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vinicio Zubeldia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vincente Carrillos having to make a save. The supporters of Nag SC booed when UD Eugenia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nunez Parraga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yago Bernaldo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vincente Carrillos came out and tried to block the shot, but Yago Bernaldo slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 81st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vinicio Zubeldia got free with Vincente Carrillos in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vincente Carrillos was a little too slow when Vinicio Zubeldia got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 87th minute. The score was now 0-3. UD Eugenia's Vincente Carrillos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save UD Eugenia from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vinicio Zubeldia got free with Vincente Carrillos in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vinicio Zubeldia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Vincente Carrillos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 96th minute, Yago Bernaldo made a precise shot to the right of Vincente Carrillos. UD Eugenia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. After a rather tough play, UD Eugenia's Marcelo Palou got a free kick in the 99th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 101st minute, Vinicio Zubeldia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nag SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Vinicio Zubeldia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vincente Carrillos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the final whistle sounded Nag SC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than UD Eugenia.
