Luciano Arainz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gerardo Mañon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luciano Arainz in the 10th minute of play. With his leg Estacio Apellaniz managed to avoid a goal in the 13thth minute, when Tribal's Faustino Alacan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of Tribal booed when TOORYANOS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baldeón Hornos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Insua Cordova hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Xosepin Pachon kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Gerardo Mañon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduardo Lambaria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Faustino Alacan came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Tribal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Faustino Alacan couldn't finish the play. Gutierrez Carnero's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 37thth minute, Estacio Apellaniz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 43rd minute, Emilio Llibre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th minute of the match, Faustino Alacan got a very nice opportunity to score, but Estacio Apellaniz was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 48 played minutes TOORYANOS got a freekick which was hit by Campos Dias. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Faustino Alacan was the one to do the kick off. If Carcelén Montoya had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 58 played minutes TOORYANOS got a freekick which was hit by Castillo Alzedar. After some careless play in the TOORYANOS defense, Faustino Alacan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Estacio Apellaniz. The TOORYANOS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Estacio Apellaniz should have stopped the shot. After having played for 64 minutes, Eduardo Lambaria managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TOORYANOS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eduardo Lambaria was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gerardo Mañon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduardo Lambaria in the 69th minute of the match. Carcelén Montoya's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Estacio Apellaniz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. After 73 minutes, Castillo Alzedar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the TOORYANOS and the Tribal players grew even worse after the yellow card. Castillo Alzedar kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Robin Ballina took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 74th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Estacio Apellaniz. TOORYANOS's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 76thth minute of the game Faustino Alacan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but TOORYANOS's Estacio Apellaniz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eduardo Lambaria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gerardo Mañon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduardo Lambaria, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Gerardo Mañon was a little too slow when Eduardo Lambaria got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 82nd minute. The score was now 1-1. In the 86th minute, Faustino Alacan made a precise shot to the right of Estacio Apellaniz. TOORYANOS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Faustino Alacan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in TOORYANOS's zone, Gutierrez Carnero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Estacio Apellaniz came out of the goal and Gutierrez Carnero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Emilio Llibre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
