After 5 played minutes Sayausi SC got a freekick which was hit by Ramírez Guevara. After 8 played minutes Sayausi SC got a freekick which was hit by León Cuezba. Moises Azpeitia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vilson Sojo, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. If Vilson Ibaizabal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 19 minutes, Inocencio Marsella mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sayausi SC and the Inter De Guayaquil ll players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Sayausi SC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Inocencio Marsella hit a great ball. 24 minutes into the match, Inter De Guayaquil ll's goalkeeper Ponce Landaluce had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Villota Mill. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Vilson Ibaizabal put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Moises Azpeitia. Moises Azpeitia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vilson Ibaizabal in the 38th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the match, Sayausi SC's Ruperto Arindez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ponce Landaluce narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 44 minutes, Vilson Sojo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Inter De Guayaquil ll's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vilson Sojo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Inter De Guayaquil ll's Vilson Sojo in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sayausi SC's goalie prevented a goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ruperto Arindez to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 53 minutes, Villota Mill managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sayausi SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Villota Mill was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 55 minutes into the match, Inter De Guayaquil ll's goal looked a bit too open when Villota Mill came free, but Ponce Landaluce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 56 played minutes Inter De Guayaquil ll got a freekick which was hit by Roque Murias. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ruperto Arindez in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ponce Landaluce prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vilson Sojo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Moises Azpeitia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Sayausi SC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Isaias Ponga hit a great ball. 61 minutes into the match, Sayausi SC's goalkeeper Moises Azpeitia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vilson Sojo. Moises Azpeitia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vilson Ibaizabal, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Vilson Ibaizabal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moises Azpeitia having to interfere. Inter De Guayaquil ll's Ponce Landaluce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Villota Mill in the 77th minute of play. Inocencio Marsella kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Christobal Llorden was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 80th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Zeruko Larrea was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 81 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Vilson Sojo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Inter De Guayaquil ll's supporters rose to their feet, but Vilson Sojo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Moises Azpeitia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 100 minutes into the match, Sayausi SC's goalkeeper Moises Azpeitia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vilson Sojo. Inter De Guayaquil ll's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
