Lopez Tostado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romo Ubach having to interfere. If Honorato Urre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 25 minutes, Alfredo Betolaza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Rubio Barrio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Millonarios Apk's supporters rose to their feet, but Rubio Barrio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zarando Aguirol breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Rosello in the 39th minute of play forced Leones FC's goalkeeper Zarando Aguirol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 40 minutes, Zuberoa Rogel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Leones FC and the Los Millonarios Apk players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Honorato Urre came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Leones FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Honorato Urre couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Lopez Tostado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Leones FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lopez Tostado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Romo Ubach breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alfredo Betolaza might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Romo Ubach. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alfredo Betolaza ran back to his position shaking his head. If Alfredo Betolaza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Honorato Urre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romo Ubach having to interfere. Romo Ubach showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Honorato Urre, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Rubio Barrio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Leones FC fully deserved thier win.
