Armando Joli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zarando Aguirol having to interfere. Armando Joli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Paccha FC's Zarando Aguirol threw himself towards the right post 25 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ximenez Arguiz, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Lopez Tostado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 37 minutes into the match, Leones FC's goalkeeper Zarando Aguirol had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Armando Joli. Zuberoa Rogel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 46 minutes into the game, Maximiliano Pinilla was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Paccha FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Leones FC the free kick. Maximiliano Pinilla hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. After 47 minutes, Pancho Ahumada mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Leones FC and the Paccha FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Alfredo Betolaza made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alfredo Betolaza got free with Simon Sarri in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 57 minutes into the match, Leones FC's Lopez Tostado sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Simon Sarri narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alfredo Betolaza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Simon Sarri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfredo Betolazas short, quick shot in the 61stth minute got Simon Sarri to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Lopez Tostado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rosero Pico kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Zarando Aguirol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Joli in the 73rd minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, Leones FC's Alfredo Betolaza sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Simon Sarri narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 78th minute, Lopez Tostado fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Simon Sarri, passed just outside the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Paccha FC's zone, Lopez Tostado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Simon Sarri came out of the goal and Lopez Tostado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 83 minutes into the match, Leones FC's Alfredo Betolaza sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Simon Sarri narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 84th minute, Roger Orejas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zarando Aguirol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roger Orejas in the 88th minute of the match. Alfredo Betolaza did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-2 to the left of a surprised Simon Sarri 90 minutes into the match. In the 95th minute, Honorato Urre left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Leones FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. When the match was over Leones FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Paccha FC throughout the match.
