Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Danilo Valer started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The audience thought a goal was coming when Veto Guinea got free with Rodrigo Esteve in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Veto Guinea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carnero Herruz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgar Rubio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 15 minutes into the match, Veto Guinea notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Villarreal CF's Rodrigo Esteve. Rodrigo Esteve was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Edgar Rubio kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Edgar Rubio charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edgar Rubio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 26th minute, Edgar Rubio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Veto Guineas short, quick shot in the 33rdth minute got Rodrigo Esteve to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Edgar Rubio was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 34 minutes had been played. Rodrigo Esteve took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henning Eliasson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute, Villarreal CF's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Henning Eliasson fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Rodrigo Esteve made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos-Armando Ladra in the 47th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Veto Guinea to strike the kick off in the second half. Henning Eliasson might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rodrigo Esteve. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Henning Eliasson ran back to his position shaking his head. When Veto Guinea came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Renacimiento FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Veto Guinea couldn't finish the play. Danilo Valer kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Henry Tijerina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carnero Herruz having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Carlos-Armando Ladra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Henry Tijerina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Renacimiento FC's Carnero Herruz got control of the ball when Henry Tijerina tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rodrigo Esteve showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rene Lozano in the 68th minute of the match. Rodrigo Esteve showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Veto Guinea, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. After a rather tough play, Renacimiento FC's Veto Guinea got a free kick in the 73rd minute. In the 77th minute Henning Eliasson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodrigo Esteve saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Veto Guinea in the 79th minute of play forced Villarreal CF's goalkeeper Rodrigo Esteve to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Villarreal CF's Henry Tijerina got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 89 minutes into the game, Lopez Pascual cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Rodrigo Esteve was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Veto Guinea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Renacimiento FC fully deserved thier win.
