After a rather tough play, CD Piliche's Perlaza Burualla got a free kick in the 9th minute. Gómez Eguiara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sotomayor Señor having to interfere. In the 18th minute, Quiñónez Arredondo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Augashcola SC's goalkeeper Roris Larez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pancho Arintero charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pancho Arintero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Augashcola SC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Pancho Arintero hit a great ball. Roris Larez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Quiñónez Arredondo in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind CD Piliche's goalkeeper Sotomayor Señor, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Trivniño Ciriaca's shot from long distance in the 31st minute was not bad at all, but Augashcola SC's Roris Larez knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Quiñónez Arredondo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roris Larez having to interfere. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jairo Alaniz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sotomayor Señor didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 51st minute, which inside left pole to 0-1. An unexpected shot in the 55th minute by Gómez Eguiara got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Sotomayor Señor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jairo Alaniz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gómez Eguiara struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Sotomayor Señor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Augashcola SC. Pancho Arintero hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Augashcola SC's Roris Larez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavio Cardiel in the 64th minute of play. A collision led to CD Piliche getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Perlaza Burualla hit a great ball. In the 67th minute, Jairo Alaniz fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Sotomayor Señor, passed just outside the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Jairo Alaniz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Augashcola SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jairo Alaniz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sotomayor Señor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Quiñónez Arredondo in the 77th minute of play forced Augashcola SC's goalkeeper Roris Larez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jairo Alaniz in the 80th minute of play forced CD Piliche's goalkeeper Sotomayor Señor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sotomayor Señor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gómez Eguiara in the 91st minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 94th minute of the game. One of Augashcola SC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of CD Piliche:s goal. The Augashcola SC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented CD Piliche from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
