Juan-Alfredo Oberto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Paolo Beranga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xuan Talagas short, quick shot in the 7thth minute got José-Manuel Baca to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 13 minutes, José Herrada mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Portugal and the Arrechos United players grew even worse after the yellow card. José Herrada hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. José-Manuel Baca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabricio Bustos, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. 23 minutes into the match, Lastra Ruano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of José-Manuel Baca. Arrechos United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lastra Ruano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 29 minutes in the game, Xuan Talaga fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without José-Manuel Baca having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, José Herrada managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Portugal's supporters rose to their feet, but José Herrada was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. José-Manuel Baca breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabricio Bustos in the 33rd minute of play forced Arrechos United's goalkeeper José-Manuel Baca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arrechos United's José-Manuel Baca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabricio Bustos in the 47th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Juan-Alfredo Oberto was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Xuan Talaga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. José-Manuel Baca came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Portugal's Fabricio Bustos. But to his dismay, Fabricio Bustos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. José-Manuel Baca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xuan Talaga in the 58th minute of the match. After 63 played minutes Club Portugal got a freekick which was hit by José Herrada. Paolo Beranga acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 64th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Zamora Urtuuste. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Juan-Alfredo Oberto in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paolo Beranga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 68th minute, Club Portugal's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ximenes Solorzano fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 71st minute, Xuan Talaga made a precise shot to the right of José-Manuel Baca. Arrechos United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Fabricio Bustos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. José-Manuel Baca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 79 minutes, Lastra Ruano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Portugal and the Arrechos United players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 79th minute of the game. One of Club Portugal:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Arrechos United:s goal. Club Portugal:s Paolo Beranga showed great skill when he stopped Zamora Urtuuste:s penalty. Ximenes Solorzano received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Paolo Beranga came out and tried to block the shot, but Ximenes Solorzano slotted it home off the left post making it 4-1 in the 81st minute. In the 85th minute Fabricio Bustos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José-Manuel Baca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juan-Alfredo Oberto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paolo Beranga having to interfere. 91 minutes into the game, Baldeón Agosta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Portugal's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arrechos United the free kick. In the 91st match minute, Club Portugal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baldeón Agosta to maneuver through the defense. If Xuan Talaga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Club Portugal had played much better football throughout.
