The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Xavies Goyo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Club Portugal getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Elkin Miar hit a great ball. The attack was good, but when Arboleda Telego in the 13th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Xuan Talaga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Espinosa Palanca having to interfere. Alfonso Telo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arboleda Telego received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Paolo Beranga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfonso Telo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paolo Beranga having to interfere. Paolo Beranga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfonso Telo in the 30th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xuan Talaga got free with Espinosa Palanca in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Espinosa Palanca stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabricio Bustos's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Xuan Talaga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Alfonso Telo came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the SD Andrade fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfonso Telo couldn't finish the play.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Xuan Talaga in the 52nd minute of play forced SD Andrade's goalkeeper Espinosa Palanca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Xuan Talaga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Espinosa Palanca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, SD Andrade's Chico Padolles got a free kick in the 55th minute. 58 minutes into the game, Fabricio Bustos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Espinosa Palanca was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Espinosa Palanca stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabricio Bustos's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in SD Andrade's zone, Xuan Talaga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Espinosa Palanca came out of the goal and Xuan Talaga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 70 minutes, Xuan Talaga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Portugal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xuan Talaga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fabricio Bustos might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Espinosa Palanca. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fabricio Bustos ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 73rd minute, Fabricio Bustos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Espinosa Palanca was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Xuan Talaga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Espinosa Palanca having to interfere. Espinosa Palanca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabricio Bustos, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. With a little luck, Club Portugal's Paolo Beranga got control of the ball when Arboleda Telego tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fabricio Bustos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Espinosa Palanca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Club Portugal's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
