Gonzalo Baldes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacinto Cuadra having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Gonzalo Baldes could shoot a difficult shot in the 16th minute, which Jacinto Cuadra however easily saved by the left post. Urtungo Gago sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 23 played minutes, Angochahua's Fernandez Herriaga shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Hernández Navaes came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Angochahua reached it. Emiliano Sustaeta scored 0-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hernández Navaes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Darío Gordejuela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hernández Navaes having to interfere. Emiliano Sustaeta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Darío Gordejuela in the 36th minute of play forced C.S. Mean Machine's goalkeeper Hernández Navaes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Darío Gordejuela struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Hernández Navaes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Angochahua. When Angochahua's Emiliano Sustaeta in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C.S. Mean Machine's goalie prevented a goal. C.S. Mean Machine's Hernández Navaes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emiliano Sustaeta in the 45th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Emiliano Sustaeta made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in C.S. Mean Machine's zone, Darío Gordejuela stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hernández Navaes came out of the goal and Darío Gordejuela tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, C.S. Mean Machine's Ysidro Gallaiztegui got a free kick in the 60th minute. In the 64th match minute, C.S. Mean Machine was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ysidro Gallaiztegui to maneuver through the defense. Darío Gordejuela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hernández Navaes having to interfere. Gonzalo Baldes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacinto Cuadra having to interfere. When Darío Gordejuela came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Angochahua fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Darío Gordejuela couldn't finish the play. A collision led to C.S. Mean Machine getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Zenaido Rafales hit a great ball. In the 72nd match minute, C.S. Mean Machine was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Caicedo Trigueros to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, C.S. Mean Machine's Zenaido Rafales got a free kick in the 75th minute. Miguel Vara, 76 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When Lucio Cevallos fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Angochahua's protests and gave Lucio Cevallos a yellow card for diving instead. Lucio Cevallos kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Hernández Navaes made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Darío Gordejuela sent off a good shot on target. Emiliano Sustaeta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hernández Navaes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. Darío Gordejuela received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Hernández Navaes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 86th minute of the match, Emiliano Sustaeta tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Hernández Navaes saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Hernández Navaes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Darío Gordejuela in the 87th minute. Emiliano Sustaeta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hernández Navaes having to interfere. C.S. Mean Machine's Gonzalo Baldes got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Angochahua's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
