CD Charupi's Vincente Olea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Veto Letatu in the 7th minute of play. Torres Sarries sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Through an outstanding action, after 11 minutes, Gomez Enestrosa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Ricardo Mella put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Gomez Enestrosa. Jorge Pazos scored 1-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vincente Olea, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jorge Pazos might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vincente Olea. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jorge Pazos ran back to his position shaking his head. 29 minutes into the match, CD Cascarilla's Stalin Salamanca broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Torres Sarries during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 31 played minutes CD Charupi got a freekick which was hit by Torres Sarries. After 32 played minutes CD Charupi got a freekick which was hit by Anibal Alaez. Lisandro Recasens might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gomez Enestrosa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lisandro Recasens ran back to his position shaking his head. Torres Sarries kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lisandro Recasens was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Jorge Pazos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CD Cascarilla's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CD Charupi the free kick. The supporters of CD Charupi booed when CD Cascarilla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Pazos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lisandro Recasens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Gomez Enestrosa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gomez Enestrosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lisandro Recasens in the 59th minute of the match. In the 69th minute Veto Letatu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vincente Olea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vincente Olea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Veto Letatu in the 75th minute of play. After 77 played minutes CD Charupi got a freekick which was hit by Mario Cervantez. Veto Letatu might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vincente Olea. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Veto Letatu ran back to his position shaking his head. CD Charupi's Lisandro Recasens got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 91 minutes into the match, CD Charupi's goal looked a bit too open when Veto Letatu came free, but Vincente Olea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind CD Cascarilla's goalkeeper Gomez Enestrosa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
