Juan-Alfredo Coracera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Cortez Caraduje came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Platopamba fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cortez Caraduje couldn't finish the play. Pablo Solano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Weterio Valdeliso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. With his leg Urki Ariza managed to avoid a goal in the 34thth minute, when los crack's Juan-Alfredo Coracera fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 39th match minute, los crack was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xorxe Aulestia to maneuver through the defense. 42 minutes into the match, Platopamba's Cortez Caraduje sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Weterio Valdeliso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Escobar Torrienta fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored los crack's protests and gave Escobar Torrienta a yellow card for diving instead. Escobar Torrienta kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Weterio Valdeliso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pablo Solano in the 45th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pablo Solano in the 47th minute of play forced los crack's goalkeeper Weterio Valdeliso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

52 minutes into the match, Platopamba's goal looked a bit too open when Lucio Churruca came free, but Urki Ariza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. los crack's Weterio Valdeliso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pablo Solano in the 55th minute of play. Cortez Caraduje scored 2-2 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Weterio Valdeliso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 60 minutes, Zilar Acebedo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Platopamba and the los crack players grew even worse after the yellow card. With a little luck, los crack's Weterio Valdeliso got control of the ball when Cortez Caraduje tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 67th minute, Platopamba's Pablo Solano dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-3. Urdin Pulido fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Weterio Valdeliso having to interfere. A collision led to los crack getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Cortez Ribero hit a great ball. Through an outstanding action, after 76 minutes, Weterio Valdeliso successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pablo Solano in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Weterio Valdeliso saved los crack from getting behind. In the 88th minute Juan-Alfredo Coracera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urki Ariza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Weterio Valdeliso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pablo Solano, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Weterio Valdeliso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pablo Solano in the 93rd minute of the match. Juan-Alfredo Coracera scored 3-4 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Urki Ariza, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Platopamba players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
