The supporters of Archidona FC booed when Independiente del Valle was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ricart Mor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Guillermo Lasquibar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Estevez Vasaburu in the 7th minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Archidona FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mendez Viz came free, but Ramírez Darroja reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Mendez Viz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Guillermo Lasquibar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mateus Juarros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ramírez Darroja showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mendez Viz in the 40th minute of the match. After having played for 42 minutes, Felix Pelaci managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Independiente del Valle's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felix Pelaci was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

In the 53rd minute Ricart Mor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramírez Darroja saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mendez Viz in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ramírez Darroja prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ricart Mor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Ramírez Darroja tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carlos Carradelo in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ramírez Darroja prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ricart Mor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86thth minute of the game Mendez Viz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Archidona FC's Ramírez Darroja was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. It was joyful for the audience to see Jacinto Tarrats dribbling past the opponents defense line in the 88th played minute and put the ball into the net. 1-1. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
