Fernando Ledrado started the match with the kick off. In the 7thth minute of the game Fernando Ledrado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Milton's Nixon Pelaz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 9 minutes into the match, Milton's goalkeeper Nixon Pelaz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Checa Viladrosa. In the 11th minute, Casado Roales hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pio Averasturi got free with Méndez Garin in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Checa Viladrosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Milton's Nixon Pelaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Ledrado in the 92nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Cuenca FC's Xzavier Cayon got a free kick in the 94th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Milton players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Cuenca FC.
