Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Xorxe Farran started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After having played for 7 minutes, Arlín Pascalin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CD Poalo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arlín Pascalin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Reasco Erauzquin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Silvio Carrete in the 11th minute. A hard shot 13 in the game by Silvio Carrete from a close distance when the talented Reasco Erauzquin managed to make a qualified save. CD Pungala's players were relieved. In the 14th minute, Aguirre Darripe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Reasco Erauzquin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvio Carrete, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. With a little luck, CD Pungala's Reasco Erauzquin got control of the ball when Pascual Montiano tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Silvio Carrete had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 32 played minutes CD Pungala got a freekick which was hit by Xabel Massana. CD Poalo's Silvio Carrete got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 40th minute Silvio Carrete shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reasco Erauzquin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. CD Pungala's Reasco Erauzquin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvio Carrete in the 46th minute of play. After 47 played minutes CD Poalo got a freekick which was hit by Ur Ason. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Silvio Carrete stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Pio Pla's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ubelteso Cines firmly grabbed it by the left post. After a defensive mix-up in CD Pungala's zone, Silvio Carrete stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reasco Erauzquin came out of the goal and Silvio Carrete tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 64th minute Arlín Pascalin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reasco Erauzquin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ubelteso Cines was out of position in the 66 minute of play, and Eduardo Maysonet capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Eduardo Maysonet really showed his touch with that goal: 0-1. In the 70th minute, Pascual Montiano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Reasco Erauzquin was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. With a little luck, CD Poalo's Ubelteso Cines got control of the ball when Eduardo Maysonet tried to sneak it across the goal line. CD Poalo's Ubelteso Cines played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xorxe Farran in the 78th minute of play. Franklin Lassa's late challenge caught a CD Pungala's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Franklin Lassa helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in CD Poalo fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 80th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Ubelteso Cines, was totally fooled by CD Pungala's Aguirre Darripe, who 82 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. When Silvio Carrete came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the CD Poalo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silvio Carrete couldn't finish the play. Reasco Erauzquin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arlín Pascalin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Xorxe Farran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Ubelteso Cines tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
