The tension between the Pajonal and the Cachahuaico FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Cachahuaico FC booed when Pajonal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bran Jaquinot didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pajonal's Bran Jaquinot got his second yellow card of the match in the 5th minute. The referee ordered Bran Jaquinot off the ground. A collision led to Pajonal getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Bran Jaquinot hit a great ball. In the 7th minute of the match Lara Negral shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pepe Riazos showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With an all-out effort, Cachahuaico FC's Pepe Riazos threw himself towards the right post 12 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Augusto Mirabal, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Pepe Riazos made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when González Muñoz sent off a good shot on target. If Joel Bañuelos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jacobo Partarroyo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Marlon Alesanco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Cachahuaico FC's zone, Venerando Lomeli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marlon Alesanco came out of the goal and Venerando Lomeli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Joel Bañuelos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Cachahuaico FC booed when Pajonal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armando Tamez didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Augusto Mirabal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eugenio Falces got free with Pepe Riazos in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pepe Riazos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augusto Mirabal, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute.

The referee felt a red card was in order, 52 minutes into the game, when Armando Tamez put in a rough tackle. After 51 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Pajonal! 59 minutes into the match, Pajonal's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Mirabal came free, but Pepe Riazos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Pajonal defense, Augusto Mirabal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pepe Riazos. The Pajonal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pepe Riazos should have stopped the shot. In the 67th minute, Jairo Salgueiro made a precise shot to the right of Pepe Riazos. Pajonal's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 73rd minute Xencio Velo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marlon Alesanco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marlon Alesanco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xencio Velo in the 77th minute of the match. Xencio Velo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marlon Alesanco having to interfere. In the 83rd minute, Cachahuaico FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Venerando Lomeli fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. A collision led to Cachahuaico FC getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Klimowicz Bucaran hit a great ball. Xencio Velo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Marlon Alesanco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marlon Alesanco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Venerando Lomeli, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. If Xencio Velo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gerardo Bobes's late challenge caught a Pajonal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gerardo Bobes helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Cachahuaico FC's Gerardo Bobes got a free kick in the 94th minute. When the referee blew the final whistle, Cachahuaico FC could leave the field as winners, despite Pajonal having more of the ball for most of the match.
