Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Rolando Vizcarreto got the match started through his kick off. Chiriboga Malpica's late challenge caught a Pinto FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Chiriboga Malpica helped the player get up and apologised. After 6 played minutes Chone SA got a freekick which was hit by Chiriboga Malpica. In the 15th minute, Chiriboga Malpica made a precise shot to the right of Leonardo Fontanes. Pinto FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After some careless play in the Chone SA defense, Rolando Vizcarreto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Walery Kempski. The Chone SA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Walery Kempski should have stopped the shot. Pinto FC's Leonardo Fontanes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Pinto FC from getting a goal against them. 24 minutes into the match, Adolfo Vallino dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Leonardo Fontanes, 2-1. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 27th minute of the game. One of Pinto FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Chone SA:s goal. Moisés Belarrinaga was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 40th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Carlos Cerdeiras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Leonardo Fontanes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Zenaido Yugueros took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 53rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Walery Kempski. Chone SA's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Chone SA's Walery Kempski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rolando Vizcarreto in the 55th minute of play. Carlos Cerdeiras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 60 minutes into the match, Adolfo Vallino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leonardo Fontanes. Pinto FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adolfo Vallino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Ramiro Martinena kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. A collision led to Pinto FC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Palacios Munarriz hit a great ball. 67 minutes into the match, Pinto FC's goal looked a bit too open when Adolfo Vallino came free, but Leonardo Fontanes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Chone SA fans' excitement grew in the 73rd match minute when Chone SA's Carlos Cerdeiras looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 80 minutes into the match, Chone SA's goalkeeper Walery Kempski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zuri Raigada. Carlos Cerdeiras took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonardo Fontanes. Leonardo Fontanes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Adolfo Vallino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 88th match minute, Pinto FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vicente Aguayo to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adolfo Vallino in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonardo Fontanes saved Pinto FC from getting behind. Carlos Cerdeiras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Carlos Cerdeiras had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There was no doubt that Chone SA were the better team. Chone SA's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
