Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Walter Foyo got the match started through his kick off. Jama Buergo kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. 3 minutes into the match, Chivilin SC's goal looked a bit too open when Ramirez Tortoles came free, but Nixon Villalobos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Geovanny Betancur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walter Foyo in the 10th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Walter Foyo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Geovanny Betancur was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Victor Hera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Geovanny Betancur made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Victor Hera sent off a good shot on target. Nixon Villalobos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan-Carlos Freixes in the 20th minute of the match. In the 23rd minute, Juan-Carlos Freixes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Provincia SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 28th play minute Victor Hera came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Geovanny Betancur. 2-1. Geovanny Betancur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Walter Foyo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nixon Villalobos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Juan-Carlos Freixes went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Maximiliano Polledo made a kick off. The supporters of Chivilin SC booed when Provincia SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerardo Carabajo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 59 minutes, Ibarra Caseda mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Provincia SC and the Chivilin SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ibarra Caseda hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Urko Braña took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 60th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Geovanny Betancur. Provincia SC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Checa Tremiño fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chivilin SC's protests and gave Checa Tremiño a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Provincia SC booed when Chivilin SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Checa Tremiño didn't get a good kick on the ball. Provincia SC's Ramirez Tortoles shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 65th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Nixon Villalobos but with some difficulty. Victor Hera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Provincia SC's zone, Walter Foyo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Geovanny Betancur came out of the goal and Walter Foyo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Juan-Carlos Freixes got free with Nixon Villalobos in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Juan-Carlos Freixes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Juan-Carlos Freixes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Provincia SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Juan-Carlos Freixes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nixon Villalobos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 92nd minute, Walter Foyo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Victor Hera in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Geovanny Betancur prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nixon Villalobos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximiliano Polledo, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. After 97 played minutes, Chivilin SC's Cevallos Burgos shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Geovanny Betancur came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Chivilin SC reached it. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
