Valentin Casiano's late challenge caught a Susudel's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Valentin Casiano helped the player get up and apologised. Valentin Casiano hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Xosepe Betancur charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Xosepe Betancur the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Marian getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Xosepe Betancur hit a great ball. In the 21st minute, Xusto Olmo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zarando Arzuriaga was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Alonzo Ferreras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Blanco Meca, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. If Ariel Viladrosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leo Naranjo during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Marian's Leo Naranjo got a free kick in the 35th minute. After 38 minutes Marian's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fabio Salceda who took care of the corner kick. Zarando Arzuriaga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xusto Olmo in the 42nd minute of the match. Alonzo Ferreras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Blanco Meca in the 47th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

58 minutes into the match, Xosepe Betancur notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Susudel's Zarando Arzuriaga. Zarando Arzuriaga was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Marian's Xosepe Betancur got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Ariel Viladrosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th minute Blanco Meca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alonzo Ferreras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Blanco Meca came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Susudel fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Blanco Meca couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Blanco Meca in the 78th minute of play forced Marian's goalkeeper Alonzo Ferreras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zarando Arzuriaga stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leo Naranjo's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Xosepe Betancur blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zarando Arzuriaga having to make a save. Marian's Leo Naranjo got his second yellow card of the match in the 84th minute. The referee ordered Leo Naranjo off the ground. Leo Naranjo hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. In the 86thth minute of the game Ariel Viladrosa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Marian's Alonzo Ferreras was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alonzo Ferreras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Blanco Meca in the 88th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ariel Viladrosa in the 90th minute of play forced Marian's goalkeeper Alonzo Ferreras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 92 minutes into the match, Marian's goal looked a bit too open when Blanco Meca came free, but Alonzo Ferreras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Marian's zone, Blanco Meca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alonzo Ferreras came out of the goal and Blanco Meca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ivan Tielve's late challenge caught a Susudel's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ivan Tielve helped the player get up and apologised. Ivan Tielve hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. In the 97th minute, Fabio Salceda sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Marian's Alonzo Ferreras didn't even have to move. The Marian supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Marian would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
