SOL's Edison Urbieta pulled a muscle in his back after 8 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sergio Lojo during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 10th minute, Sergio Lojo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mauro Posada got free with Jacobo Barco in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nando Ascarretazabal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urritz Babiano having to interfere. After having played for 17 minutes, Nando Ascarretazabal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Piezza F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Nando Ascarretazabal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Urritz Babiano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nando Ascarretazabal, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Urritz Babiano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Ibias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Piezza F.C.'s Mendez Socarras got a free kick in the 26th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mauro Posada got free with Jacobo Barco in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 33rd minute, Criban Saga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 34th minute of the match Vera Folgar shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Urritz Babiano showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Urritz Babiano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Ibias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to C.D. SOL getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Marques Carillo hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Ibias in the 38th minute of play forced C.D. SOL's goalkeeper Urritz Babiano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Piezza F.C.'s Pedro Ibias got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mauro Posada stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nando Ascarretazabal got free with Urritz Babiano in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nando Ascarretazabal might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Urritz Babiano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nando Ascarretazabal ran back to his position shaking his head. Urritz Babiano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nando Ascarretazabal in the 85th minute. Pedro Ibias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Nando Ascarretazabal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th match minute, C.D. SOL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Criban Saga to maneuver through the defense. After 92nd play minutes Pedro Ibias shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Urritz Babiano and just under the crossbar into goal. A collision led to Piezza F.C. getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Sergio Lojo hit a great ball. When the final whistle sounded Piezza F.C. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than C.D. SOL.
