Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Enrico Zubillaga took the kick off in the first half of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xurde Mangas in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ubaldo Polo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 8th match minute, Ortuno was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Espinoza Brieba to maneuver through the defense. When Pichangal FC's Enrico Zubillaga in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ortuno's goalie prevented a goal. Xurde Mangas was extremely unlucky when he, in the 15th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Ortuno's Xurde Mangas got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 18 minutes, Lopez Godan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pichangal FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lopez Godan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 22 minutes into the match, Mateo Astozas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ubaldo Polo. Pichangal FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mateo Astozas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. The long shot by Espinoza Brieba in the 26th minute really tested Ubaldo Polo's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 31st minute Lopez Godan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kaviedes Lantadilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32nd match minute, Ortuno was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xurde Mangas to maneuver through the defense. Ubaldo Polo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xurde Mangas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 41 minutes into the game, Lopez Godan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Kaviedes Lantadilla was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Xurde Mangas made a kick off. After 54 minutes Pichangal FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Espinosa Sastre who took care of the corner kick. Ortuno's Espinosa Sastre was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ubaldo Polo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Xurde Mangas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ubaldo Polo having to interfere. Mateo Astozas might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ubaldo Polo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mateo Astozas ran back to his position shaking his head. If Xurde Mangas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xurde Mangas in the 67th minute of play forced Pichangal FC's goalkeeper Ubaldo Polo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Enrico Zubillaga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Enrico Zubillaga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Kaviedes Lantadilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Enrico Zubillaga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kaviedes Lantadilla having to interfere. If Lopez Godan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 75 minutes into the match, Ortuno's goal looked a bit too open when Enrico Zubillaga came free, but Kaviedes Lantadilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mateo Astozas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Mateo Astozas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ortuno's supporters rose to their feet, but Mateo Astozas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ubaldo Polo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anangonó Borbolla during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Anangonó Borbolla hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Ortuno's Mateo Astozas got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 92 minutes, Xurde Mangas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ortuno's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xurde Mangas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Xurde Mangas came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Ortuno fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xurde Mangas couldn't finish the play. Xurde Mangas struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Ubaldo Polo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ortuno. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
