Mateo Astozas took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonel Montel. Leonel Montel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Zuñiga Becerril had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ortuno's Kaviedes Lantadilla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Ortuno from getting a goal against them. Anangonó Borbolla hit a great ball. Zuñiga Becerril sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64th minute, De-la-Cruz Bermudo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 72nd minute, Zuñiga Becerril got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 74 minutes into the match, Ortuno's goal looked a bit too open when Rogerio Galdeano came free, but Kaviedes Lantadilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonel Montel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xurde Mangas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Xurde Mangas received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Kaviedes Lantadilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zuñiga Becerril in the 88th minute of the match. Rogerio Galdeano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Kaviedes Lantadilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ortuno were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Cube SC's much stronger midfield.
