The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Juan Icedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Veronica Soldevilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zabal Fleytas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodriguez Villate, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Cofradia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rodriguez Villate came free, but Zabal Fleytas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Cofradia FC's Efrain Cines got a free kick in the 13th minute. Zabal Fleytas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodriguez Villate in the 15th minute of play. Zabal Fleytas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodriguez Villate, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Camilo Velez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 22 minutes into the match, UD Seurcel's goalkeeper Xever Gasco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Camilo Velez. Cofradia FC's Camilo Velez got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Rodriguez Villate had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Zabal Fleytas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodriguez Villate in the 31st minute of play. If Juan Icedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zabal Fleytas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Barquerin in the 42nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, UD Seurcel's Valentin Enterria got a free kick in the 45th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Cofradia FC's Valentine Sasiain tried to score from far away in the 45th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rodriguez Villate was the one to do the kick off. If Veronica Soldevilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rodriguez Villate fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zabal Fleytas having to interfere. UD Seurcel's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Veronica Soldevilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Cofradia FC booed when UD Seurcel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pablo Sandin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, UD Seurcel's Zuñiga Malave got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Rodriguez Villate fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zabal Fleytas having to interfere. Zabal Fleytas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Juan Icedo in the 89th minute. In the 89th minute, Edson Menoyo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. UD Seurcel's Juan Icedo got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Camilo Velez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Xever Gasco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cofradia FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
