Xzavier Rincon started the match with the kick off. Xzavier Rincon might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tercero Ufret. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Xzavier Rincon ran back to his position shaking his head. Bohórquez Abel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angel Trasviña having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bohórquez Abel in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Angel Trasviña saved Guayaquil Sporting Club from getting behind. Angel Trasviña took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bohórquez Abel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Inter del YerBaTerOs's Bohórquez Abel in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Angel Trasviña was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 31st minute, Viviano Mier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xzavier Rincon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Tercero Ufret tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bohórquez Abel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angel Trasviña having to interfere. With a little luck, Guayaquil Sporting Club's Angel Trasviña got control of the ball when Bohórquez Abel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Héctor Ocomardia charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Héctor Ocomardia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Inter del YerBaTerOs getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Héctor Ocomardia hit a great ball. Tercero Ufret showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xzavier Rincon in the 94th minute of the match. Inter del YerBaTerOs's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
