After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Xacintu Valino managed to get in a good position for a shot. CHUKUFU's supporters rose to their feet, but Xacintu Valino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Coronel Viñambres breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Pillig FC booed when CHUKUFU was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vincente Herbi didn't get a good kick on the ball. 11 minutes into the game, Pillig FC's Ubelteso Mirueña nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zigor Erauso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. If Xacintu Valino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rocio Elguera in the 31st minute of play forced Pillig FC's goalkeeper Coronel Viñambres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Pillig FC booed when CHUKUFU was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vincente Herbi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Xacintu Valino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zigor Erauso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Humberto Sasiain, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Octavio Villavedon hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pillig FC's goalkeeper Coronel Viñambres, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 62 minutes into the game, one of CHUKUFU:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 64th minute there was a penalty for Pillig FC. Gian-Carlo Balbas stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Zigor Erauso. 3-0. In the 67th minute, Humberto Sasiain ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zigor Erauso was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. In the 75th minute, Xacintu Valino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Pillig FC fans' excitement grew in the 82nd match minute when Pillig FC's Humberto Sasiain looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 84 minutes, Alberto Marines mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CHUKUFU and the Pillig FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 84th minute, Alberto Marines hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ubelteso Mirueña hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Alberto Marines fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Coronel Viñambres having to interfere. There was no doubt that Pillig FC were the better team. Pillig FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
