Tuban's Zuñiga Servicial proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Tuban from getting a goal against them. Abel Amescua charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abel Amescua the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 9th minute, Abel Amescua hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yiyo Aldasoro's late challenge caught a pocahontas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Yiyo Aldasoro helped the player get up and apologised. After 13 played minutes Tuban got a freekick which was hit by Yiyo Aldasoro. When Tuban's Xamin Holgado in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye pocahontas's goalie prevented a goal. pocahontas's Yaniusky Guerrero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xamin Holgado in the 17th minute of play. 19 minutes into the game, Teofilio Esquivel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. pocahontas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tuban the free kick. A collision led to pocahontas getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Teofilio Esquivel hit a great ball. Tuban were awarded a corner in the 21th minute after pocahontas's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Yiyo Aldasoro took the corner. Rodolfo Lagunilla thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Yaniusky Guerrero, a very annoying self made goal in the 22nd minute which led to 0-1. In the 26th minute of the match Rodolfo Lagunilla sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zuñiga Servicial skillfully saved the ball. In the 26th minute, Urbano Coleira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zuñiga Servicial stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ramirez Dieguez's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. When Urbano Coleira fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tuban's protests and gave Urbano Coleira a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of pocahontas booed when Tuban was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Urbano Coleira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tuban's Zuñiga Servicial played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramirez Dieguez in the 34th minute of play. Ramirez Dieguez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Zuñiga Servicial tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tuban's Zuñiga Servicial played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramirez Dieguez in the 41st minute of play. Yaniusky Guerrero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ugutz Saldoval, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute.

The wind increased when Xamin Holgado made the kick off in the second half. When Renán Esquivel fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored pocahontas's protests and gave Renán Esquivel a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to pocahontas getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Ugutz Saldoval fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yaniusky Guerrero having to interfere. Tuban's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
