Urti Arvelo came out of the goal and Ulizes Murillas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to FC GATIKOS NEGROS getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Paredes Galdamiz hit a great ball. FC GATIKOS NEGROS's Urti Arvelo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulizes Murillas in the 22nd minute of play. When Felix Ballesteros fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cachitoma FC's protests and gave Felix Ballesteros a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Cachitoma FC's Felix Ballesteros got a free kick in the 24th minute. A hard shot 25 in the game by Leonel Sobera from a close distance when the talented Sotomayor Señor managed to make a qualified save. Cachitoma FC's players were relieved. After having played for 29 minutes, Leonel Sobera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Urti Arvelo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulizes Murillas in the 38th minute of the match. Urti Arvelo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ubaldo Cascos, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After some careless play in the FC GATIKOS NEGROS defense, Ubaldo Cascos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Urti Arvelo. The FC GATIKOS NEGROS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Urti Arvelo should have stopped the shot. After the first half Cachitoma FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ubaldo Cascos made a kick off. After having played for 51 minutes, Leonel Sobera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC GATIKOS NEGROS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leonel Sobera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Leonel Sobera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 58 minutes into the match, Cachitoma FC's Ulizes Murillas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Urti Arvelo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 61st minute, Ubaldo Cascos reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Urti Arvelo. The goal made the score 0-2. In the 66th minute, Ulizes Murillas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 74th minute, Escobar Cordova hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 76 played minutes Felix Ballesteros shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for FC GATIKOS NEGROS's Urti Arvelo to catch but Felix Ballesteros was lucky. It became 0-3 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. Ulizes Murillas's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Urti Arvelo firmly grabbed it by the left post. If Maximo Montano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, FC GATIKOS NEGROS's Marlon Larez got a free kick in the 85th minute. A collision led to FC GATIKOS NEGROS getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Claudio Bujia hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in FC GATIKOS NEGROS's zone, Ulizes Murillas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Urti Arvelo came out of the goal and Ulizes Murillas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FC GATIKOS NEGROS's Urti Arvelo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ubaldo Cascos in the 93rd minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Cachitoma FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
