In the 3rd minute Urtats Paliza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zumar Real saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Urtats Paliza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Elena FC booed when CD Locura was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan-Pablo Camp didn't get a good kick on the ball. Johnny Cabello received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Rodas Berdugo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Johnny Cabello scored 0-1 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rodas Berdugo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 19 played minutes Urtats Paliza rounded Elena FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urtats Paliza in the 23rd minute of play forced Elena FC's goalkeeper Zumar Real to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Johnny Cabello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodas Berdugo having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Inocencio Gallegos could shoot a difficult shot in the 28th minute, which Zumar Real however easily saved by the left post. After 31 minutes, Inocencio Gallegos made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Elena FC's Zumar Real tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urtats Paliza in the 35th minute of play forced Elena FC's goalkeeper Zumar Real to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 40 minutes into the match, Johnny Cabello notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of CD Locura's Rodas Berdugo. Rodas Berdugo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Johnny Cabello received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Rodas Berdugo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. CD Locura's Rodas Berdugo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johnny Cabello in the 47th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Johnny Cabello made a kick off. A nice corner shot did that Pinto Valdenebro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rodas Berdugo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Rodas Berdugo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Johnny Cabello's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. After a rather tough play, CD Locura's Ruperto Berrueta got a free kick in the 55th minute. CD Locura's Rodas Berdugo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save CD Locura from getting a goal against them. When Johnny Cabello came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Elena FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Johnny Cabello couldn't finish the play. 59 minutes into the game, Ruperto Berrueta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CD Locura's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Elena FC the free kick. Ruperto Berrueta kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. CD Locura's Rodas Berdugo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ugutz Nebot in the 64th minute of play. In the 68th minute Inocencio Gallegos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zumar Real saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Urtats Paliza hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Elena FC's zone, Urtats Paliza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zumar Real came out of the goal and Urtats Paliza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Elena FC's Johnny Cabello got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in CD Locura's zone, Paolo Chapital stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rodas Berdugo came out of the goal and Paolo Chapital tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With 83 minutes on the clock, Insua Verga commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in CD Locura fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 83rd minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 85 minutes, Elena FC's Pinto Valdenebro got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Rodas Berdugo. After 91 minutes, Paolo Chapital made it 2-4 with a short kick to the right side. CD Locura's Rodas Berdugo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind CD Locura's goalkeeper Rodas Berdugo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 97th match minute, CD Locura was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan-Pablo Camp to maneuver through the defense. Rodas Berdugo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johnny Cabello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The CD Locura supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Elena FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Elena FC.
