The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Vincente Coz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Xove Acosta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Enrico Morenas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredo Cavallosa having to interfere. Xove Acosta made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vincente Coz in the 14th minute. Vistruario Gaig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Xove Acosta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 17 minutes into the match, Shumunde SC's goal looked a bit too open when Enrico Morenas came free, but Alfredo Cavallosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 21 minutes of play, Shumunde SC's Vincente Coz made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Xove Acosta was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 25 played minutes, CD Bomba's Ambrossi Pato shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Alfredo Cavallosa came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in CD Bomba reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vistruario Gaig in the 31st minute of play forced CD Bomba's goalkeeper Xove Acosta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute, Yago Campesino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vistruario Gaig in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Xove Acosta prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Vincente Coz came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Shumunde SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vincente Coz couldn't finish the play. Yago Campesino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredo Cavallosa having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Vistruario Gaig made the kick off in the second half. Vincente Coz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xove Acosta having to interfere. Vincente Coz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Xove Acosta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an all-out effort, CD Bomba's Alfredo Cavallosa threw himself towards the right post 59 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Yago Campesino, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Shumunde SC's goalkeeper Alfredo Cavallosa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Enrico Morenas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. CD Bomba's Enrico Morenas got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 81st match minute, CD Bomba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ambrossi Pato to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vistruario Gaig in the 82nd minute of play forced CD Bomba's goalkeeper Xove Acosta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yago Campesino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zornin Sanles's late challenge caught a CD Bomba's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zornin Sanles helped the player get up and apologised. Zornin Sanles hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. In the 89th minute, Vistruario Gaig got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Yago Campesino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vistruario Gaig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xove Acosta having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the CD Bomba players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Shumunde SC.
