Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Cuendina FC's Mario Barros started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute, Bustos Vilela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ubarna Benavides showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Asencio Caseres in the 8th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Cuendina FC's Gabriel Arceo got a free kick in the 10th minute. Gallinazo SC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Mario Barros 15 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Asencio Caseres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Ubarna Benavides tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ubarna Benavides made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Asencio Caseres in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25th minute Kléber Indart shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Miro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 33 minutes into the game, Armando Amandi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Bernardo Miro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kléber Indart's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bernardo Miro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. When Carlos Vellosillo fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gallinazo SC's protests and gave Carlos Vellosillo a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Gallinazo SC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Carlos Vellosillo hit a great ball. Ambrossi Bacon hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Cuendina FC's Gabriel Arceo shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 40th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Bernardo Miro but with some difficulty. A collision led to Gallinazo SC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Urdin Bernat hit a great ball. Mario Barros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Bernardo Miro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rafael Bazarra hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. If Cesar Mar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ubarna Benavides showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesar Mar, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Cesar Mar made the kick off in the second half. Urdin Bernat kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Bernardo Miro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armando Amandi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Armando Amandi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Bernardo Miro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Armando Amandi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cuendina FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Armando Amandi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernardo Miro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ubarna Benavides made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Asencio Caseres sent off a good shot on target. Bernardo Miro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armando Amandi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mario Barros in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bernardo Miro saved Gallinazo SC from getting behind. Rafael Bazarra hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Cesar Mar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Armando Amandi came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Cuendina FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Armando Amandi couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Amandi in the 95th minute of play forced Gallinazo SC's goalkeeper Bernardo Miro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th minute, Urdin Bernat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Cuendina FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Gallinazo SC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
