Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Carlos-Armando Tipular kicked off to start the match. Ayuy's Eugenio Rotaetamorga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Veto Ameda in the 3rd minute of play. Juan Cañedo hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. 12 minutes into the match, Ayuy's García Ascot broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Alfonso Urruchua's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 13thth minute, Wellington Amenedo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Charqui's Wellington Amenedo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Charqui from getting a goal against them. Calderón Perdiz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eugenio Rotaetamorga read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. In the 19th minute, Alfonso Urruchua got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos-Armando Tipular in the 22nd minute of play forced Charqui's goalkeeper Wellington Amenedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th minute Calderón Perdiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugenio Rotaetamorga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juan-Carlos Loranca kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the 26th minute, Marquez Garaizar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 27 minutes into the match, Charqui's Brito Bedia broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Veto Ameda took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eugenio Rotaetamorga. Eugenio Rotaetamorga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Calderón Perdiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juan Cañedo kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute, Alfonso Urruchua got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 47 played minutes Charqui got a freekick which was hit by Calderón Perdiz. After the first half Charqui were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Veto Ameda was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alfonso Urruchua in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wellington Amenedo saved Charqui from getting behind. Charqui's Veto Ameda got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Charqui's Veto Ameda in the 56th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Eugenio Rotaetamorga was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Ayuy through an amazing save. After 57 minutes, Yago Corral mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ayuy and the Charqui players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ayuy's Yago Corral got a free kick in the 57th minute. Carlos-Armando Tipular sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Charqui's Calderón Perdiz got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 77 minutes, Loco Godines mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Charqui and the Ayuy players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Ayuy booed when Charqui was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Loco Godines didn't get a good kick on the ball. Veto Ameda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Eugenio Rotaetamorga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Calderón Perdiz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Eugenio Rotaetamorga made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Ayuy's Marquez Garaizar got a free kick in the 90th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Ayuy's zone, Veto Ameda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eugenio Rotaetamorga came out of the goal and Veto Ameda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
