Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Gustavo Azpe made the kick off which started today's match. 7 minutes into the match, CD Pula's goalkeeper Geovanni Valdeboys had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Urki Urones. Xines Alguea's late challenge caught a CD Pula's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xines Alguea helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of CD Pula booed when UD Chobsi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xines Alguea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Geovanni Valdeboys showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustavo Azpe, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Gustavo Azpe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geovanni Valdeboys having to interfere. After a rather tough play, UD Chobsi's Xines Alguea got a free kick in the 18th minute. Tonio Reyes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diego Merodio having to interfere. Romo Cabrales received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Diego Merodio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xines Alguea hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Romo Cabrales struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Diego Merodio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CD Pula. In the 30th minute, Tonio Reyes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Diego Merodio was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The supporters of UD Chobsi booed when CD Pula was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xavian Pascual didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, CD Pula's Unai Reynoso got a free kick in the 35th minute. Diego Piñeira was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 36th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Tonio Reyes's late challenge caught a UD Chobsi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 52nd minute, Tonio Reyes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Diego Merodio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tonio Reyes in the 54th minute of the match. 55 minutes into the game, Pablo Buendia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. UD Chobsi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CD Pula the free kick. The supporters of CD Pula booed when UD Chobsi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pablo Buendia didn't get a good kick on the ball. 56 minutes into the match, CD Pula's Romo Cabrales sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Diego Merodio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Urki Urones recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match clock showed 65 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Urki Urones sped through CD Pula's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Geovanni Valdeboys. Gustavo Azpe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geovanni Valdeboys having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Gustavo Azpe's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Geovanni Valdeboys was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. Tonio Reyes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diego Merodio having to interfere. Romo Cabrales took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Diego Merodio. Diego Merodio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Diego Merodio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Romo Cabrales went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. After having played for 96 minutes, Gustavo Azpe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UD Chobsi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gustavo Azpe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. CD Pula walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
