In the 11th minute, Luis-Antonio Fragua hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 12th match minute, Boyeria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Félix Bayas to maneuver through the defense. Boyeria's Félix Bayas got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Evelio Briones had great luck who in the 21stth minute grab hold of the ball when Maximo Villarreal from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. If Maximo Villarreal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Boyeria's Evelio Briones proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Boyeria from getting a goal against them. Maximo Villarreal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38th minute of the match Vicente Portela sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bustos Olar skillfully saved the ball. Boyeria's Evelio Briones proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Boyeria from getting a goal against them. When Félix Bayas came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Boyeria fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Félix Bayas couldn't finish the play. In the 44th minute, Xacobo Maza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Maximo Villarreal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Félix Bayas in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bustos Olar saved Mamey from getting behind. When Félix Bayas came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Boyeria fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Félix Bayas couldn't finish the play. In the 64th minute Félix Bayas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bustos Olar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Mamey's zone, Félix Bayas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bustos Olar came out of the goal and Félix Bayas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Xacobo Mazas short, quick shot in the 74thth minute got Bustos Olar to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 76th minute, Xzaiver Uceda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Intriago Poo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Evelio Briones tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Evelio Briones took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximo Villarreal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Intriago Poo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Mamey booed when Boyeria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viator Abastas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Félix Bayas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bustos Olar having to make a save. A well placed Félix Bayas short distance shot in the 90th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. 94 minutes into the match, Boyeria's goal looked a bit too open when Maximo Villarreal came free, but Evelio Briones reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Boyeria defense, Maximo Villarreal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Evelio Briones. The Boyeria fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Evelio Briones should have stopped the shot.
