After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Rogerio Labiaga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cube SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rogerio Labiaga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Urtungo Aedo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Rogerio Labiaga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vilson Ramos struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Cube SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that González Cobarrubias was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. In the 63rd minute Vilson Ramos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urtungo Aedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gabriel Terrazos made an important save on a dangerous shot by González Cobarrubias in the 64th minute. If González Cobarrubias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. Ratona's Urtungo Aedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pinto Illescas in the 69th minute of play. Gabriel Terrazos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ubelteso Betancia in the 76th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Ratona defense, Rogerio Labiaga kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Urtungo Aedo. The Ratona fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Urtungo Aedo should have stopped the shot. After having played for 89 minutes, Ubelteso Betancia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ratona's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ubelteso Betancia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. González Cobarrubias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gabriel Terrazos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ubelteso Betancia in the 92nd minute of play. 92 minutes into the game, Pablo Uribe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cube SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ratona the free kick. In the 92nd match minute, Cube SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pablo Uribe to maneuver through the defense. Ratona's González Cobarrubias got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ubelteso Betancia succeeded in the game's 96th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-4. The Ratona players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
