Richard Arraya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Venceslas Espiga in the 3rd minute of play. Sandro Iturralde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chatruc Carces in the 9th minute of play. In the 9th match minute, Llyshi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yaniusky Sobera to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Daniel Maria managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tigres FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Maria was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sandro Iturralde breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Richard Arraya made an important save on a dangerous shot by Valerio Ares in the 19th minute. A collision led to Llyshi getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Javier Castaosa hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves Valerio Ares could shoot a difficult shot in the 26th minute, which Richard Arraya however easily saved by the left post. Valerio Ares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Richard Arraya didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Valerio Ares went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. If Valerio Ares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tigres FC's Richard Arraya proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Tigres FC from getting a goal against them. Valerio Ares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Arraya having to interfere. 43 minutes into the match, Llyshi's Venceslas Espiga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Richard Arraya narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Llyshi booed when Tigres FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ordóñez Munguira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Valerio Ares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Arraya having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Maria to make the kick off. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Venceslas Espiga put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Richard Arraya. Sandro Iturralde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Freddy Olaso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66thth minute of the game Daniel Maria who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Llyshi's Sandro Iturralde was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Tigres FC's zone, Venceslas Espiga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Richard Arraya came out of the goal and Venceslas Espiga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tigres FC's Richard Arraya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Venceslas Espiga in the 71st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Maria in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sandro Iturralde prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Valerio Ares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th minute Venceslas Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richard Arraya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Tigres FC's zone, Venceslas Espiga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Richard Arraya came out of the goal and Venceslas Espiga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 90 minutes, Enrique Corral mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Llyshi and the Tigres FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Enrique Corral hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. 94 minutes into the match, Daniel Maria dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Sandro Iturralde, 2-2. Tigres FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Llyshi had controlled the match.
