Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rodolfo Govelo started the match with the kick off. When Walme Sando got free in front of the goal in the 6th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Angulo Dehesa was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. A collision led to Villaflores getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Rodríguez Olavarria hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rodolfo Govelo during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Villaflores booed when Vinces FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodolfo Govelo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rodolfo Govelo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Angulo Dehesa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Angulo Dehesa made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Walme Sando sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Xzaver Torquemada managed to get in a good position for a shot. Villaflores's supporters rose to their feet, but Xzaver Torquemada was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amador Zornoza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Xzaver Torquemada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Amador Zornoza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Walme Sando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 35th match minute, Vinces FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walme Sando to maneuver through the defense. After 41 played minutes Villaflores got a freekick which was hit by Celso Michel. In the 42nd minute, Arlín Verlo sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Villaflores's Angulo Dehesa didn't even have to move. In the 45th minute, Sánchez Armona hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Xzaver Torquemada stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rodolfo Govelo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angulo Dehesa having to interfere. Vinces FC's Amador Zornoza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xzaver Torquemada in the 56th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Villaflores's Amador Zornoza threw himself towards the right post 64 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Xzaver Torquemada, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 64 minutes into the game, Segundo Rueda was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vinces FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Villaflores the free kick. Segundo Rueda hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Vinces FC's Carlos-Armando Escajedo got a free kick in the 70th minute. Amador Zornoza made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Patricio Guerra sent off a good shot on target. Walme Sando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Rodolfo Govelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78th match minute, Villaflores was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Urbez Orbiz to maneuver through the defense. 80 minutes into the match, Vinces FC's Arlín Verlo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Angulo Dehesa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Vinces FC booed when Villaflores was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sánchez Armona didn't get a good kick on the ball. Xzaver Torquemada might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Amador Zornoza. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Xzaver Torquemada ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Xzaver Torquemada in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amador Zornoza saved Vinces FC from getting behind. If Patricio Guerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 97 minutes, Rodolfo Govelo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vinces FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rodolfo Govelo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Villaflores's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
