CD Briseno's Luciano Huelga got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. CD Briseno's Robin Munguira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xarles Pro in the 24th minute of play. Xencio Melendes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Parisi Prus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cornelio Cortina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robin Munguira having to interfere. Robin Munguira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cornelio Cortina in the 34th minute of the match. Guallacay SC's Parisi Prus got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 43 minutes into the game, Erwin Mogrovejo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lucas Asensio. Erwin Mogrovejo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0.

In the 87th minute, Cornelio Cortina reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Robin Munguira. The goal made the score 2-1. Parisi Prus's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Robin Munguira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Guallacay SC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for CD Briseno.
