Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Segundo Alzedar started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Canaveral getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Guerrero Antonijoan hit a great ball. Francisco Velez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vela Robles in the 16th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Canaveral's goal looked a bit too open when Vidal Lorden came free, but Francisco Velez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vidal Lorden scored 0-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Francisco Velez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Canaveral fans' excitement grew in the 28th match minute when Canaveral's Segundo Alzedar looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Vidal Lorden managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jucal SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Vidal Lorden was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Francisco Velez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Guerrero Antonijoan scored 2-1 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ponce Chave, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jucal SC's Vidal Lorden got a good chance for a goal in the 49th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vela Robles was the one to do the kick off. Francisco Velez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vela Robles, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. If Marcelino Leza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Guerrero Antonijoan came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Canaveral fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guerrero Antonijoan couldn't finish the play. Segundo Alzedar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Ponce Chave tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 74 minutes into the game, Rosario Beilzo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jucal SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Canaveral the free kick. After a rather tough play, Jucal SC's Rosario Beilzo got a free kick in the 74th minute. Ponce Chave made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Segundo Alzedar in the 78th minute of play. Xzaver Larreta hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Ponce Chave stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Segundo Alzedar's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. When Guerrero Antonijoan came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Canaveral fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guerrero Antonijoan couldn't finish the play. Vidal Lorden's late challenge caught a Canaveral's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vidal Lorden helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Jucal SC's Vidal Lorden got a free kick in the 95th minute. In the 97th minute, Guerrero Antonijoan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Canaveral fans cheered their team off the field, for while Jucal SC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
